21 Days of Abundance is a deep dive into the belief that the universe is naturally limitless. It is a powerful journey because it moves you beyond the mental traps of "not enough" and opens you up to a life of effortless flow and inner wealth.
Clears mental blocks: You’ll identify and release the subconscious fears that keep you feeling stuck or stagnant.
Rewires the brain: 3 weeks of focused stillness creates a permanent shift in how you perceive your own potential.
Grounds your vision: It bridges the gap between spiritual theory and your physical reality, making peace a lived experience.
We recommend to start your day with this meditation as each session provides a centering thought for the day – you'll only need 15 minutes and you can listen from the comform of your bed, on your way to work. Repeat this journey as often as you need or want to.

While we often chase relaxation through external means, the fastest way to signal safety to your brain is actually through your breath. I was fascinated to learn that simply extending your exhale can directly stimulate the vagus nerve, acting as a natural brake for your nervous system and shifting you from "fight or flight" into "stay and play". Here is a simple, powerful technique to try whenever you feel the world speeding up:
Inhale gently through your nose for a count of 3
Then, exhale slowly and completely through your mouth for 6 seconds
You can extend your inhale to 4, 5, 6 seconds or more, just ensure you increase your exhale accordingly (double the inhale).
Repeat this cycle for just two minutes. By making the exhale twice as long as the inhale, you physically trigger a relaxation response that calms the mind and body almost instantly.
This might not be news for everyone, but I was surprised to learn that 90-95% of our serotonin production (the chemical that makes us feel more happiness, blissfulness, enjoyment) originates from our gut. So here is a simple tip for how to give your gut and yourself the best start to your day:
Drink a big glass of water with ¼ teaspoon Himalaya salt and 3 teaspoons lime juice.
Drink it directly after waking up, and as the first thing you consume.
