Connect with your body and mind through breath, sound and meditation.
We’ve spent a lot of time exploring what it means to actually "tune in" – to get out of our heads and back into our bodies. For us, these practices have become the tools that help us navigate life with a bit more clarity and a lot more heart.
We wanted to create a space to share these sessions with you all. It’s not a formal studio or a business (just yet) – just us, in a room, breathing and listening together.
We need approx. 3 hours in total from start to finish.
We can host up to 5 people per session.
APRIL 2026: Upcoming sessions
Saturday, Apr. 11 from 13:00 - 16:00 (eat light lunch beforehand)
Saturday, Apr. 18 from 10:00 - 13:00 (eat light breakfast before hand)

Breath is one of our most basic abilities, yet when we use it consciously, it becomes a profound tool for change.
Breathwork is a simple yet powerful way to influence how you feel – physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Reduce stress and anxiety
By slowing and deepening the breath, you activate the body’s relaxation response, helping to calm a racing mind and ease physical tension. Many people notice they feel more grounded and less overwhelmed within just a few minutes.
Improve mood and emotional balance
Conscious breathing can help you move stuck emotions and create space for more clarity and ease. Regular practice is linked to greater emotional resilience and a more stable, positive mood.
Support your nervous system
Breathwork helps regulate your nervous system by gently stimulating the vagus nerve and balancing “fight or flight” with “rest and digest.” This can lead to better heart-rate variability, more energy during the day, deeper rest at night, and sharper focus when you need it most.
Better sleep and recovery
Gentle evening breathing practices can help you unwind from the day, fall asleep more easily, and wake up feeling more restored. Over time, this supports overall resilience and clarity.
We have designed an immersive experience that combines some of the most powerful spiritual practices with ceremonial cacao.
The breath:
We use a simple Circular Breathing technique. It’s powerful because it bypasses all the "to-do lists" in your brain and lets your nervous system settle into a deeper state of exploration.
The sound:
We’ve put a lot of love into creating soundscapes that feel like a journey. They’re designed to be a bit "emotionally charged" – meaning they might nudge you to feel something, release something, or just drift away.
The stillness:
We always start and end with a guided meditation. It’s our way of making sure you don't just "pop" back into reality, but instead carry that sense of peace home with you.
"A beautifully structured session that flows seamlessly from grounding sitting meditation into immersive sound and breathwork, then gently back to stillness – even as someone with a background in Buddhist meditation, I found it genuinely enriching and deep. The guidance is exceptionally warm and clear, making the intimate five-person format feel like a true privilege."

"As a computer scientist who loves facts and logic, I wasn't sure what to expect. But during the session, the stress of the week just vanished. I experienced what I can only call a 'brain reset' – a feeling of mental readiness and internal warmth I haven't felt in years. If you’re a 'serious' person who thinks this isn't for you, you’re exactly the person who should try it."
- Robert.
"This is my second breathwork session at Kin of Bodhi. Both times have been profound experiences with multiple emotional layers and altered states of consciousness. I am impressed by how well the experience was guided throughout and that there is a focus on integration. Behind the relaxing atmosphere, there was a serious and knowledgeable approach to the process. I highly recommend Kin of Bodhi to anyone interested in exploring the therapeutic possibilities that exist within the human being and that can be unlocked through such exercises. I will definitely be back."
- Lars.
"A truly transcendent experience. Under Bo’s guidance, I traveled through deep emotional layers and found profound peace. I felt entirely secure and left with a completely new perspective. Highly recommended for anyone seeking transformation."
- Jonas.
